Phataphat style mein multigrain cheela banate hain… quick, healthy, aur full of flavour.

Kuch simple aur tasty chahiye? Yeh dish zaroor banaana. Recipe: Ingredients ½ cup gram flour (besan) ½ cup rice flour ½ cup finger millet (ragi) flour ½ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp cumin powder ¾ tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste 1 tbsp ginger- garlic paste Oil for cooking Green chutney as required 250 grams cottage cheese (paneer) Mixed seeds to sprinkle Mixed lettuce leaves as required Method 1. Take gram flour in a bowl. Add rice flour, finger millet flour, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and 1¼ cups water and mix well. 2. Heat a nonstick tawa. Add some oil and spread well. 3. Spread a ladleful of batter and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. 4. Flip and cook again for 2 minutes. Flip and spread green chutney. 5. Grate cottage cheese, sprinkle salt and mixed seeds in top. 6. Place aa few lettuce leaves and fold. 7.
