One bite, and sprouts might just become your new favourite. 🌿 Ingredients 1½ cups sprouted green gram (moong) 2 tbsps coconut oil ¼ tsp asafoetida (hing) 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp split skinless black gram (dhuli urad dal) 2 dried red chillies, stemmed 2 green chillies, chopped 8-10 curry leaves Salt to taste ¼ cup scraped fresh coconut Method 1. Heat coconut oil in a nonstick kadai. Add asafoetida, mustard seeds and urad dal and once the mustard seeds start to splutter, add dried red chillies, green chillies and curry leaves and sauté for a minute. 2. Add sprouted green gram, salt and cook for 6-8 minutes on medium heat. 3. Add coconut and mix well. Transfer in a serving bowl and serve hot.
