Healthy, wholesome aur festive! 🌸

These healthy Makhana Laddoos are perfect for your Navratri fast or just a quick snack when hunger strikes. Recipe: Ingredients 1½ cups puffed lotus seeds (makhana) 6-8 seedless dates ¼ cup roughly chopped almonds ¼ cup pistachios 5-6 cashew nuts ½ tsp green cardamom powder Pistachio powder for coating Dried rose petal powder for coating Desiccated coconut for coating Method 1. Heat a nonstick pan. Add puffed lotus seeds and dry roast for 5-6 minutes on medium heat. 2. Transfer in a food processor and process to a coarse mixture. 3. Add dates, almonds, pistachios and cashew nuts and process to a coarse mixture. 4. Transfer the ground mixture on a plate, add green cardamom powder and mix well. 5. Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll into balls. 6.
