With this recipe, paneer gets typical Indian flavours, the light flavour of the jeera and a little sharpness of the black pepper. Now dishes taste even better. MASALA PANEER Ingredients 2 litres full fat milk 200 ml fresh cream ¼ cup vinegar 1½ tbsps roasted cumin seeds 1½ tsps coarsely crushed black peppercorns Method 1. Bring milk and fresh cream to a boil in a wide deep pan. 2. Meanwhile, take vinegar in a bowl, add ¼ cup water and mix well. 3. Add roasted cumin seeds and crushed black peppercorns into the milk mixture and mix well. Continue to stir and cook till the milk curdles. Strain the mixture through a muslin cloth, dip this into ice cold water, and place it over a strainer. Keep a heavy object over it and set it aside for 3-4 hours.
