How about some yummy crunchy vegetable bhakarwadi? In this episode of #LiteBites, Chef Sanjeev Kapoor will show us a recipe for everyone’s all-time favourite snack with his own twist to it! See how he uses Nutralite Aachari Mayo to take our beloved bhakarwadi a lip-smacking twist! VEGETABLE BAKARWADI Ingredients 2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed 2-3 tbsps boiled and crushed green peas 2 tbsps chopped and blanched French beans 1 cup refined flour (maida) + for dusting 3-4 tbsps Nutralite Achari Mayo 2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves Salt to taste Black pepper powder to taste Method 1. Take refined flour in a bowl. Add Nutralite Achari Mayo and mix well. 2. Add ¼ cup water and knead to medium soft dough. Cover with a moist muslin cloth and set aside for 10-15 minutes. 3. For stuffing, take potatoes in a bowl. Add green peas, French beans, coriander, salt, black pepper powder and mix well. 4. Preheat air fryer to 180ºC. 5. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into balls, dust some refined flour on the surface and roll out into a disk. 6. Spread the prepared mixture generously and roll tightly into a cylinder. Apply water on edges and seal. Cut into thick slices and arrange in air fryer basket. 7. Air fry for 10 minutes. Allow to cool. 8.
