Anda Hara Masala | घर पर बनाएं स्वादिष्ट अंडा हरा मसाला | Egg Recipes | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Extremely easy recipe made using boiled eggs cooked in aromatic green masala curry with a bunch of flavourful spices tastes best with roti or even rice. ANDA HARA MASALA Ingredients 2 tbsps coriander seeds ½ tsp cumin seeds 10-12 black peppercorns 1½ cups coriander leaves 1 cup scraped fresh coconut 3 green chillies, stemmed 4-5 garlic cloves 1½ tbsps oil 1 large onion, chopped Salt to taste A pinch of turmeric powder Red chilli powder to sprinkle Chopped spring onion greens to sprinkle Pavs to serve Method 1. Heat a nonstick pan. Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds and black peppercorns and dry roast for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Take the pan off the heat and allow to cool slightly. 2. Take coriander leaves in a grinder jar. Add coconut, green chillies, garlic, ½ cup water, roasted spices and grind to a fine paste. 3. Heat oil in a shallow nonstick pan. Add onion and sauté till translucent. 4. Add the ground paste, salt, turmeric powder and sauté on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. 5. Add ½ cup water and mix well. Break eggs directly in the pan, sprinkle salt and red chilli powder on top of eggs. 6. Cover and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. 7. Sprinkle spring onion greens on top.
