Crisp and flavor-packed seasoning on the outside and tender, juicy corn kernels in the middle is an epic side dish or BBQ recipe. Don’t be mistaken by the name, these corn ribs or riblets, are vegetarian and can be made even vegan. It just gets its name because the shape resembles a curved rib. Try this quick and easy recipe today. CORN RIBS Ingredients 2 corn on the cob ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil Crushed black peppercorns to taste 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp smoked paprika Salt to taste Oil for drizzling Thousand Island dressing for drizzling Chopped fresh parsley leaves for garnish Method 1. Preheat an air fryer to 180℃. 2. Vertically cut the corn on the cob into wedges. 3. To make the marinade, take extra virgin olive oil in a bowl. Add crushed black peppercorns, onion powder, red chilli powder, red chilli powder, smoked paprika, and salt and mix well. 4. Generously brush the marinade over each corn wedge. 5. Grease the air fryer basket with some oil. Arrange the corn wedges and air fry them for 20 minutes. 6. Bring them out of the air fryer, arrange them on a serving plate, drizzle Thousand Island dressing and garnish with parsley leaves. Serve hot.
