COFFEE TRUFFLES Ingredients 1 tbsp instant coffee powder 1 cup fresh cream 2 cups chopped dark chocolate Cocoa powder for coating Method 1. Heat a pan. Add fresh cream and once it comes to a gentle boil, add dark chocolate and mix well till it melts. 2. Add coffee powder and mix well. Take the pan off the heat and transfer the mixture in a bowl. Refrigerate for an hour. 3. Roll the mixture into equal portions and roll into balls. Coat with cocoa powder and serve.
