Get ready to meet the delicious 'Pumpkin Cheese Balls' that’ll make you fall in love with it! PUMPKIN CHEESE BALLS Ingredients 250 grams red pumpkin, boiled, peeled and mashed ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese ¾ cup grated cheddar cheese A pinch of black pepper powder A pinch of sugar 1 small sweet potato, boiled, peeled and mashed Salt to taste 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 2-3 tbsps refined flour (maida) Oil for greasing + for deep frying Corn flour for rolling Tomato ketchup for serving Method 1. Take mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Add cheddar cheese, black pepper powder, sugar and mix well. 2. Take boiled pumpkin in a bowl. Add sweet potato, salt, black pepper powder and mix well. 3. Add onion powder, garlic powder, refined flour and mix well. 4. Divide the cheese mixture into equal portions and roll into balls. 5. Grease your palms, divide the pumpkin mixture into equal portions and make a cavity in the centre. Stuff the cheese mixture inside, gather the edges and seal properly. 6. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. 7. Roll the prepared cheese balls in corn flour an deep fry till golden brown and crisp. 8. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
