RICE FLAKE FISH Ingredients 3 tbsps thick pressed rice (jada poha / rice flakes) 6 boneless fish fillets 1 tsp red chilli sauce 2 tsps ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp lemon juice 7-8 fresh basil leaves 1 egg Salt to taste Method 1. Preheat oven to 200° C. 2. Combine fish, chilli sauce, ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice in bowl. Mix well and set aside for 5-10 minutes. 3. Finely chop basil leaves. 4. Add pressed rice, basil leaves and egg to the fish. Mix well and set aside for 5 minutes. 5. Place marinated fish in a baking dish and cook in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Drizzle a little oil and cook in the oven for 5 minutes more. 6. Serve hot.
