How to make Fish Tikka | फिश टिक्का | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Because when something tastes this good, one plate is never enough. 😍❤️FISH TIKKA Ingredients 400 grams boneless rawas fish fillets, cut into 1 inch pieces 1st marination 2 tsps lemon juice ¼ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garlic paste ½ tsp ginger paste Salt to taste 2nd marination 200 grams yogurt ½ tsp garlic paste 2 tsps red chilli powder ¼ tsp crushed dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) Salt to taste ¼ tsp garam masala powder 1-2 tbsps roasted gram flour Tikka 2 tsps oil 1 tsp butter Chaat masala for sprinkling Green chutney to serve Onion wedges to serve Lemon wedges to serve Mint leaves to serve Method 1. For the 1st marination, take the fish fillets in a large bowl. Add lemon juice, turmeric powder, garlic paste and ginger paste and mix well. Add salt and mix till the fish is well coated with the masala. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes. 2. For the 2nd marination, take yogurt in another bowl and whisk well. Add garlic paste, red chilli powder, crushed dried fenugreek leaves, salt, garam masala powder, and roasted gram flour and mix well. 3. Add the marinated fish pieces and carefully mix till the fish pieces are well coated with the masala. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes. 4. Heat oil and butter in a non-stick pan. Place the marinated fish pieces and cook for 1-2 minutes on high heat. Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes. Transfer the fish tikka on a serving plate and sprinkle chaat masala on top. 5. Serve hot with green chutney, onion wedges, lemon wedges and mint leaves.
