One bite is all it takes to make it your new favourite. 😉👌v SOUTH INDIAN STYLE PANEER PAKODA Ingredients 200 grams fresh paneer 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped 1 tsp fennel seeds 10-12 curry leaves, shredded Salt to taste 1½ tsps ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsps refined flour 3 tbsps rice flour Oil for deep frying Green chutney for serving Method 1. Grate fresh paneer in a bowl. 2. Add green chllies, fennel seeds, curry leaves, salt, ginger-garlic paste, refined flour and rice flour and mix well. Divide the mixture into small portions and roll into balls. 3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop the balls into oil and deep fry on high heat till golden brown and crisp. 4. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with green chutney.
