Perfect for weight loss, diabetic-friendly meals, and kids’ tiffin! ✅ High in fibre ✅ Keeps you full for hours ✅ Great for breakfast, lunch or snacks Watch the full recipe and don’t forget to LIKE, SHARE & SUBSCRIBE! ๐ OATS AND VEGETABLE THALIPEETH Ingredients 1½ cups quick cooking oats 1½ cups oats flour 1 cup sorghum (jowar) flour 4-6 tbsps grated carrots 4-6 tbps grated pumpkin 4 tbsps chopped French beans 4 tbsps grated cabbage 4-6 tbsps grated bottle gourd 4 tbsps chopped onions 4 green chillies, chopped ½ tsp turmeric powder 1½ tsps red chilli powder Salt to taste ½ cup yogurt 4 tsps toasted white sesame seeds 4 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves 4 tbsps oil + for cooking Yogurt for serving Method 1. Take quick cooking oats in a bowl. Add oats flour, sorghum flour, carrots, pumpkin, French beans, cabbage, bottle gourd, onion, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, yogurt, white sesame seeds and coriander leaves and mix well. 2. Add ½ cup water and mix well. Add oil and mix well. 3. Place a wet muslin cloth on the worktop, take a portion of the prepared mixture, drizzle some water and pat evenly. Make some holes al over the surface. 4. Heat a nonstick tawa. Place the prepared thalipeeth carefully and remove the muslin cloth. 5. Drizzle oil and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. 6. Flip and cook for 4-5 minutes more. 7. Serve hot with yogurt.
