Fun to have this delightful, crumbly pastry as the cream, chocolate and peanut butter stuffed in it gushes out. CHOCOLATE BOMB Ingredients 1 cup melted milk chocolate 1½ cups refined flour (maida) ¼ cup oil + for greasing 1 tbsp castor sugar 1 tsp vanilla essence 2-3 tbsps creamy peanut butter ¾ cup fresh cream Method 1. Take ½ cup warm water in a bowl, add refined flour, oil, castor sugar, vanilla essence and mix till well combined. Knead into the soft dough. Cover the dough with cling wrap and set aside for 10-15 minutes. 2. Take milk chocolate in bowl, add peanut butter, fresh cream and mix well. Keep this in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. 3. Preheat the oven at 200°C. 4. Divide dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a ball. Grease the worktop with oil. 5. Roll each portion into a disc, add the chocolate mixture in the center, and bring the edges into center and seal it properly. Trim off the excess dough. 6. Flip the stuffed dough and arrange on a lined baking tray. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. 7. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 6-8 minutes. 8. Bring the baking tray out of the oven and place the chocolate bomb on a serving plate and serve.
