A celebration that's waiting to happen! 🌟🎉🔥 MYSORE PAK Ingredients Pro V Omega Boost Trail Mix to sprinkle ½ cup gram flour (besan) 1/3 + ½ cup ghee ¾ cup sugar Slice of lemon Method 1. Take a greased loaf tin which is lined with butter paper. 2. Sift gram flour in a bowl. Add 1/3 cup ghee and mix well. 3. Heat a nonstick pan. Add remaining ghee and allow to melt over low heat. 4. Heat another nonstick pan. Add sugar and ½ cup water, squeeze lemon and cook till sugar reaches 1 string consistency. 5. Lower the heat, add the gram flour mixture and mix well. Once the mixture comes to a gentle boil, start adding hot ghee little by little. 6. Cook low medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes or till all the ghee is absorbed. 7. Transfer the mixture in greased loaf tin and allow to cool completely. Set aside for 2-3 hours. 8. Slice and serve.
