Elevating snack time with a twist – Khandvi Mayo Roll, a fusion of tradition and innovation in every bite! 🌀🌯 Creamy mayo meets the delicate texture of Khandvi for a flavor explosion. KHANDVI MAYO ROLL Ingredients 1 cup fine gram flour (besan) Nutralite Tandoori Mayo as required Salt to taste ¼ tsp asafoetida (hing) ¼ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste 3 cups sour buttermilk Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread for greasing Roasted and crushed peanuts to sprinkle Brown sugar to sprinkle Scraped fresh coconut to sprinkle Chopped fresh coriander leaves to sprinkle Method 1. Take gram flour in a bowl, add salt, asafoetida, turmeric powder, ginger-green chilli paste and buttermilk and mix well. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to get rid of any lumps. 2. Heat a deep non-stick pan. Transfer the mixture into the pan and cook on medium heat till the mixture thickens. 3. Grease the back sides of steel plates with Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread. 4. Spread the prepared batter evenly and spread Nutralite Tandoori Mayo on top. 5. Sprinkle roasted peanuts, and brown sugar. Allow to cool. You can sprinkle coconut and coriander too. 6. Cut and roll into 1 inch pieces. 7. Sprinkle coriander and coconut. Serve.
