GUAVA RAISIN SALSA Ingredients ½ cup Pro V Select Whole Natural Raisins 1 large guava 1 medium onion, chopped 1 medium tomato, chopped 2 tsps chopped celery 2 green chillies, chopped ½ tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste 1 tbsp lemon juice A dash of tobasco sauce 2-3 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves Nachos for serving Method 1. Chop Pro V Select Whole Natural Raisins and guava. 2. Transfer chopped guava in a bowl. Add raisins, onion, tomato, celery, green chillies, red chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, tobasco sauce and coriander and mix well. 3. Transfer in a serving bowl and serve with nachos.
