Fit the coffee tablet into the espresso coffee machine and process to get 1 shot of espresso coffee. Similarly get 1 more shot of espresso coffee. 2. Dip a scoop in hot water and remove scoops of vanilla ice cream and put 1 scoop in each of 4 espresso cups. 3. Pour the espresso coffee over the ice cream.
