LEHSUNI DHANIA PANEER Ingredients 400 grams cottage cheese (paneer) 2-3 green chillies 12 garlic cloves ¾ cup fresh coriander leaves 3 tbsps oil 3 medium onions chopped 2 tsps ginger-garlic paste ¼ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder ½ tsp cumin powder ½ tsp red chilli (lal mirchi) powder Salt to taste 1 cup yogurt ½ tsp garam masala powder 1 lemon ½ cup cream Method 1. Chop green chillies, garlic, ½ cup coriander leaves in a chopper. 2. Cut paneer into 1 inch cubes and then halve them into triangles. 3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onions and sauté for 2 minutes or till lightly browned. 4. Add ginger-garlic paste and mix. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder and mix well. 5. Add chopped ginger-garlic-coriander leaves and ¼ cup water and mix well. Add salt and yogurt and mix. 6. When the mixture comes to a boil, add paneer pieces and mix gently. 7. Add garam masala powder, juice of a lemon and mix lightly. Add cream and switch off the heat. 8. Chop the remaining coriander leaves and garnish the dish with it. Serve hot.
