Sweet Potatoes with Honey | स्वीट पोटेटोज़ विथ हनी | Easy Recipe | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Recreate this delicious recipe and enjoy the goodness of honey-glazed sweet potatoes! 😉👌 SWEET POTATOES WITH HONEY Ingredients 2 sweet potatoes 1½ tsps honey 3 tbsps oil Salt to taste ½ tsp sugar ¼ tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 4 spring onion bulbs 2 tbsps finely chopped garlic ½ tsp soy sauce Method 1. Scrub and wash sweet potatoes well. Cut them into 4 inch pieces, halve them and cut into thin long strips. Put them into a bowl, drizzle 1 tbsp oil, sprinkle salt, sugar, a pinch of black pepper powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder and mix well. 2. Put them in air fryer basket and cook at 180° C for 5 minutes. 3. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes more. 4. Slice spring onion bulbs. Heat remaining oil in a non stick pan, add garlic and saute till lightly browned. 5. Add spring onions and sauté till onion softens. Add air fried sweet potatoes and toss. 6. Add remaining black pepper powder, remaining red chilli powder, ½ tsp soy sauce and toss well. Add honey and toss. 7. Transfer into a serving platter and serve hot.
