One bite and you’ll be hooked! 🔥🔥 PERI PERI PANEER PAKODA Ingredients 400 grams paneer 2 tbsps peri peri spice mix + to sprinkle 2 cups gram flour ¼ tsp carom seeds 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander Salt to taste ¼ cup cornstarch Oil for deep frying Method 1. Cut paneer into 1 inch pieces. 2. Mix gram flour, 1½ tbsps peri peri spice mix, carom seeds, ginger-garlic paste, coriander and salt in a bowl. 3. Add 1½ cups water and whisk well. 4. Spread cornstarch on a plate. Add salt and remaining peri peri spice mix and mix well. 5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Roll the paneer pieces in cornflour mixture, dip in batter and slide in hot oil. 6. Deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 7. Sprinkle peri peri spice mix and serve hot.
