Whether you're eating clean or simply craving something delicious, this salad is a total game-changer. 😇👌 CHICKEN PEACH SALAD Ingredients 2 grilled chicken breasts 2-3 peaches, deseeded and cut into wedges ½ cup green gram (moong) sprouts ½ cup moth sprouts 10-12 baby spinach leaves 1 medium white onion, sliced Dressing 2-3 teaspoons Dijon mustard paste 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mixed herbs Salt to taste Black pepper powder to taste 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes 1 tablespoon vinegar 2-3 tablespoons olive oil Method 1. Put grilled chicken breasts in a bowl and shred. Add peaches, green gram sprouts, moth sprouts, baby spinach leaves and onion. 2. To prepare dressing, combine Dijon mustard paste, fresh mixed herbs, salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes, vinegar and olive oil in a jar and blend using an electric hand blender into smooth mixture. 3. Add the dressing to the salad mixture and toss well. 4. Serve immediately.
