Whether you’re curling up on a rainy evening or simply treating yourself to something cozy, this recipe is sure to become your go-to comfort drink. 😍✨ HOT CHOCOLATE Ingredients 1/3 cup semi-sweetened cocoa powder Dark chocolate chips as required 2 cups milk ½ cup Milky Mist UHT Cream 1 star anise 1 inch cinnamon stick 2-3 tsps castor sugar Marshmallow as required Chocolate stick for garnish Method 1. Heat milk in a deep pan. Add Milky Mist UHT Cream and mix well. Add star anise and cinnamon stick and mix. Cook till the mixture comes to a boil. 2. Add castor sugar and cocoa powder and mix till well combined. Cook till it comes to a boil. Discard the star anise and cinnamon stick. 3. Switch the heat off. 4. To serve, add a portion of the dark chocolate chips and a few marshmallow pieces into a serving glass. Pour the prepared hot chocolate, garnish with chocolate stick and serve immediately.
