Give this a try at home with Nutralite Veg Mayo enriched with Vitamin A, D2 and E which makes this recipe Sabke liye Right! FALAFEL POCKETS Ingredients ¾ cup red lentils (sabut masoor), soaked for 8-10 hours and drained 4 brown pita breads, halved Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste ¼ tsp cumin powder 1 small onion, chopped 3-4 tbsps chopped fresh parsley 2-3 tbsps fresh breadcrumbs 1 tbsp Nutralite Veg Mayo + to apply Oil spray as required Iceberg lettuce leaves as required Onion rings as required Tomato slices as required Red radish slices as required Micro greens for garnish Method 1. Preheat the air fryer at 180°C. 2. Transfer the soaked red lentils in a food processor and crush coarsely. Transfer in a bowl. 3. Add salt, crushed black peppercorns, cumin powder, onion, parsley, fresh breadcrumbs and Nutralite Veg Mayo and mix well. 4. Divide the mixture into small portions and flatten slightly. 5. Spray some oil in the air fry basket and on falafels. 6. Arrange the falafels on air fryer basket and air fry for 12-15 minutes. 7. Apply Nutralite Veg Mayo in the cavity of pita pockets. 8. Arrange lettuce leaves in the cavity, add onion rings, tomato slices and red radish slices. 9. Add air fried falafels and press lightly. 10. Garnish with red radish slices, micro greens and serve..
