Gavale | Gavhale | गव्हले | Maharashtrian Recipe | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

GAVALE Ingredients ½ cup fine semolina (barik sooji) A pinch of salt ½ cup warm milk Method 1. Take semolina in a bowl. Add salt, warm milk and mix well. Knead to soft dough. 2. Cover with a moist muslin cloth and set aside for 10-15 minutes. 3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll thinly. Shape into small portions that resemble a grain of whole wheat with fingers. 4. Air dry for 1 day. 5. Store in air tight container and use as required.
