This #ShravanRecipe is made with vrat-friendly ingredients and pan-fried to perfection, making it an ideal pick for your fasting days. 😇✨ QUICK SABUDANA THALIPEETH Ingredients 1½ cups sago (sabudana) 3 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and grated ½ cup powdered roasted peanuts 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 ½ tbsps ginger-green chilli paste Rock salt to taste 2 tsps sugar 3 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves ¾ tbsp lemon juice Ghee for cooking Coconut chutney for serving Method 1. Transfer sago in a grinder jar and grind to fine powder. 2. Transfer the powder in a bowl. Add potatoes, peanut powder, cumin seeds, ginger-green chilli paste, salt, sugar, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well. 3. Add ½ cup water and mix well. 4. Take a portion of the mixture and spread evenly on a nonstick tawa. 5. Place the tawa on heat and drizzle some ghee all around the thalipeeth. 6. Cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. 7. Flip and cook for 4-5 minutes on other side. 8. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
