Welcome back to another episode of Festive Delight with Nutralite, where Chef Sanjeev Kapoor brings joy to every celebration with recipes crafted for festive feasting. Janmashtami is a celebration of devotion, joy, and togetherness. In many homes, there’s a gentle tug between the comfort of age-old traditions and the excitement of trying something new. This time, Chef Sanjeev Kapoor presents not one but two recipes, one which suits the age-old tradition and the other with a modern twist for the younger generation both made Sabke liye right with Nutralite. We begin with Sabudana Thalipeeth, a timeless favourite many have grown up with. This version brings a delightful surprise. Made with the wholesome richness of Nutralite Probiotic Butter Spread and a punch of Nutralite Tandoori Mayo, it transforms into something both familiar and refreshingly different. Following that, Sabudana Pops arrive with a playful twist. These golden, crispy bites are cooked in Nutralite Probiotic Butter and topped with a swirl of creamy Tandoori Mayo. This recipe is perfect for the younger crowd who love their snacks crunchy and full of flavour. Whether you are embracing tradition or adding a modern spark to your festive table, Nutralite makes recipes healthier and delicious making them perfect for every generation in the family yani Sabke liye Right. SABUDANA THALIPEETH AND SABUDANA POPS Ingredients 2 cups sago (sabudana), soaked 4 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed 1½ tsps cumin seeds Salt to taste ½ cup roasted and crushed peanuts 3 tbsps Nutralite Tandoori Mayo + to drizzle 2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread as required Mozzarella cheese cubes as required Coconut chutney for serving Yogurt for serving Micro greens for garnish Method 1. To make thalipeeth, mix together the sabudana, potatoes, cumin seeds, salt, roasted peanuts, Nutralite Tandoori Mayo and coriander and mix well. 2. Divide the mixture into 2 portions. Roll half the portions into balls. 3. Take a plastic sheet and place a portion of dough. Cover with another plastic sheet and spread evenly. 4. Heat a nonstick tawa. Add Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread. Transfer the thalipeeth to the tawa and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. 5. Flip, add some more Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread and cook on other side for 4-5 minutes. 6. Serve hot with chutney. 7. To make pops, grease a paniyaram pan with Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread. 8. Add some of the remaining mixture in each dent and make a cavity in the centre. 9. Add a piece of mozzarella cheese in each cavity and cover with remaining sago mixture. Dip your fingers in water and press lightly. 10. Cook for 5-6 minutes on medium heat. 11. Flip and cook for 4-5 minutes more. 12. Transfer in individual small bowls, drizzle Nutralite Tandoori Mayo on top, garnish with micro greens and serve.
