Recipe Ingredients Boiled corn kernels as required Blanched carrot cubes as required 2 cups readymade dosa/uttapam batter Oil for greasing Gun powder to sprinkle Ghee to drizzle Grated mozzarella cheese as required Method 1. Heat a cast iron tawa and grease with some oil. Spread small ladleful of batter. 2. Sprinkle gun powder. Add corn kernels and carrot cubes on top and drizzle some ghee around. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for 2 minutes more. 3. Flip again, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, gunpowder and drizzle some more ghee. 4. Cover again and cook till cheese melts. 5.
