Try it today and share your favorite way to enjoy it in the comments! 😋😀 TADKA DAHI Ingredients 1½ cups yogurt (dahi) 2 tbsps oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 inch ginger, chopped 2 green chillies, chopped 1 large onion, sliced 3 dried red chillies, stemmed Salt to taste 1 tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 2-3 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves Fresh coriander sprig for garnish Method 1. Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds and once they start to splutter, add cumin seeds, ginger, green chillies chillies and sauté for a minute. 2. Add onion and sauté till golden brown. 3. Add dried red chillies, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well. 4. Add yogurt and cook for 2-3 minutes. 5. Add coriander and mix well. 6. Transfer in a serving bowl, garnish with coriander and serve hot.
