Thukpa banate waqt sabse acchi baat kya hoti hai? Speed aur flavour ka perfect balance.

Recipe: Ingredients 200 grams noodles, boiled 1 inch ginger, roughly chopped 6-8 garlic cloves 10-15 coriander stems 3-4 fresh red chillies, stemmed 1 medium tomato, roughly chopped 1 medium onion, roughly chopped 1 tbsp oil 3 cups vegetable stock ¼ medium cabbage, shredded 1 medium carrot, peeled and sliced 4-5 button mushrooms, sliced 6-8 French beans, thinly sliced Salt to taste 1 tsp vinegar Sesame oil to drizzle Chilli oil to drizzle Thinly sliced spring onion greens for garnish Method 1. Take a grinder jar. Add ginger, garlic, coriander stems, fresh red chillies, tomato and onion and grind to fine paste. 2. Heat oil in a nonstick kadai. Add ground paste and cook on medium heat till oil separates. 3. Add vegetable stock and once the mixture comes to a boil, add cabbage, carrot, mushrooms and French beans and salt and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add vinegar and mix well. 4.
