Toasted sour dough bread with generous cream cheese and grated boiled eggs with a splash of Sriracha and other toppings means a great day lies ahead. CREAMY AVACADO EGG TOAST Ingredients 1 avocado, peeled, deseeded and mashed 4 eggs hard boiled 4 slices of sour dough bread Butter for applying Cream cheese for applying 2-3 finely chopped, spring onion bulbs Half of the lemon Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorn to taste Siracha sauce for drizzling Brunt garlic for sprinkling 2-3 finely chopped spring onion greens White sesame seeds for sprinkling Black sesame seeds sprinkling Method 1. Heat non-stick shallow pan. Apply a butte on one side bread slices and place it on a pan, repeat the process on other side of bread. 2. And cook till it become brown and crisp; flip and continue to cook till brown and crisp. 3. Transfer the bread slices on work top, apply the cream cheese on once slices. Add the mashed avocado spread evenly. 4. Squeeze, the juice of half lemon, spring onions bulb, salt and black peppercorn to taste. 5. Great the boiled eggs on it, drizzle the dash of siracha on each bread, sprinkle some brunt garlic, spring onion greens, white sesame seeds and black sesame seeds. 6. Arrange on a serving plate and serve.
