BERRY BLAST Ingredients 15-20 fresh strawberries 15-20 fresh mulberries 8 tbsps lemon juice 16 tbsps simple syrup Crushed ice as required Tonic water as required Fresh mint sprigs for garnish Method 1. Chop ¾ of the strawberries and thinly slice the remaining. 2. Put the mulberries in a glass, add 4 tbsps lemon juice and 8 tbsps simple syrup and muddle well. 3. Divide the chopped strawberries equally into 4 serving glasses. Add 2 tbsps of simple syrup into individual glasses along with 1 tbsp of lemon juice in each and muddle well. Add crushed ice, garnish with strawberry slices, add tonic water, strain the mulberry mixture into each glass, and garnish with mint sprigs. Serve.
