Pairs well with chocolate in this superbly delectable Chocolate Chip Mint Ice Cream. Do try! CHOCOLATE CHIP MINT ICE CREAM Ingredients 2-3 tbsps dark chocolate chips + to sprinkle 1½ tbsps boiled mint paste 1 cup fresh cream ½ cup fresh mint leaves ½ cup chopped white chocolate ¼ tsp peppermint essence 2 cups whipped cream Fresh mint sprigs for garnish Method 1. Heat a nonstick pan. Add fresh cream, mint leaves and once the mixture comes to a gentle boil, take the pan off the strain the mixture in a bowl, add chocolate and mix well till chocolate melts. 2. Add mint paste, peppermint essence and mix well. 3. Add whipped cream and mix with light hands. Add dark chocolate chips and mix well. 4. Transfer a portion of the ice cream mixture in an airtight container and sprinkle some chocolate chips. 5. Repeat the process till all the mixture is used up. 6. Close the lid and freeze for 6-8 hours. 7. Scoop and serve chilled garnished with mint sprigs.
