How cool and instantly rejuvenating! There's watermelon, mint and tangy lemon to make a sprightly Watermelon Lemonde. WATERMELON LEMONADE Ingredients ½ medium watermelon 2 tbsps ready-made sugar syrup 1½ tbsps lemon juice 15-20 fresh mint leaves A pinch of black salt Watermelon balls for garnish Fresh mint sprigs for garnish Lemon slices for garish Method 1. Peel and cut watermelon into ½ inch cubes. Deseed and put watermelon cubes into a blender jar. 2. Add sugar syrup, lemon juice, mint leaves, black salt and blend to a fine mixture. 3. Pour the mixture into serving glasses, add crushed ice in each glass and garnish with watermelon balls, mint sprigs and lemon slices. Serve immediately.
