JOWAR DHANI KI CHIKKI Ingredients 4 cups puffed sorghum (jowar dhani) 2 tsps ghee 1 cup chopped jaggery ¼ cup roughly chopped, roasted almonds Method 1. Heat ghee in a pan add puffed sorghum and roast till crisp. Transfer on large plate and allow to cool. 2. Melt the jaggery in pan cook till it reaches to the hard-boiled consistency. 3. Add the roasted sorghum and almonds and mix well till combine. 4. Transfer into the greased and lined chikki tray. Spread the mixture evenly, sprinkle the almonds and pistachios. Gently press the mixture while still warm. 5. Level the top using a rolling pin. Immediately cut into required shape. And set it for 10-15 minutes. 6. Remove from the tray, arrange on a serving plate and serve.
