With each bite, savor the sweetness and vibrant flavors of mangoes, transporting yourself to a sunny paradise. 😍🥭 MANGO POPSICLE Ingredients 1 cup chopped mangoes Flesh of ¼ medium mango Juice of ½ lemon ½ teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste 1 tablespoon castor sugar Method 1. Blend together chopped mangoes, lemon juice, chilli powder and salt with some water to a smooth mixture. 2. Add castor sugar and some water and blend again. Add mango flesh and mix well. 3. Pour mixture into popsicle moulds and freeze till set. 4. Demould and serve. MANGO CREAM Ingredients 1½ cups fresh ripe mango pulp 1 large ripe mango, peeled and chopped 4-5 tablespoons fresh cream 4-5 scoops vanilla ice cream 6-7 tablespoons powdered sugar A pinch green cardamom powder Whipped cream for topping Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing Method 1. Blend together mango pulp, cream, ice cream, powdered sugar and cardamom powder to a smooth mixture. 2. Pour this mixture equally into 4 serving glasses. 3. Take whipped cream in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe the cream over the mango cream in each glass and put some chopped mango around the cream. 4. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
