BLACK RAISIN ICE CREAM Ingredients ¾ cup Pro V Select Afghan Whole Natural Black Raisins ½ cup castor sugar ½ cup fresh cream ½ cup chopped white chocolate 1 cup whipping cream ¼ cup condensed milk Fresh mint sprigs for garnish Method 1. Heat a nonstick pan. Add 2 cups water, Pro V Select Afghan Whole Natural Black Raisins, sugar and cook for 10-12 minutes on medium heat. Take the pan off the heat and allow to cool. 2. Heat fresh cream in a nonstick pan. Add white chocolate and cook till chocolate melts. Take the pan off the heat and allow to cool. 3. Take whipping cream in a bowl and beat till soft peaks are formed. 4. Add condensed milk and continue to beat. 5. Add white chocolate mixture and mix with light hands. 6. Reserve some raisin mixture and add remaining mixture and mix well. 7. Transfer in airtight container, add remaining raisin mixture on top and freeze for 8-10 hours. 8. Scoop and serve chilled.
