Get ready for some kitchen magic on the latest episode of 'Bachhon Ka Khel'! 🎩✨ Today, my junior chef friend and I are teaming up to create a mouthwatering summer delight: 'Mango Butter Cake', bursting with the goodness of Nutralite butter. 🍰🥭 MANGO BUTTER CAKE Ingredients ¾ cup fresh mango puree ½ cup chopped alphonso mango + for topping ½ cup Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread + for greasing ½ cup castor sugar 2 eggs 1½ cups refined flour (maida) + for dusting 1 tsp baking powder Method 1.Preheat oven at 180ºC. 2.Take Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread in a bowl. Add castor sugar and beat till light and fluffy. 3.Add egg one at a time and beat well. 4.Sift refined flour and baking powder directly in the bowl and mix with light hands. 5.Add mango puree and mix well. Add chopped mangoes and mix well. 6.Transfer in a loaf tin lined with butter paper, sprinkle some more mangoes on top and bake for 35-40 minutes. 7.Allow to cool, demould, slice and serve.
