If so, share your experience in the comments below. 😍⬇️ CHICKEN POPCORN Ingredients 300 grams boneless chicken breast, cut into ½ inch pieces Salt to taste ½ tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp black pepper powder 1 tbsp ginger- garlic paste ½ tsp vinegar 1½ cups refined flour (maida) A pinch of baking powder Oil for spraying Method 1. Take chicken pieces in a bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, ginger- garlic paste and vinegar mix well. 2. Sift refined flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. 3. Roll the chicken pieces in refined flour mixture and dip in ice cold water for 30 seconds. 4. Roll in the refined flour mixture again. 5. Preheat the air fryer at 190°C for 2-3 minutes. 6. Spray some oil on air fryer basket and arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer. 7. Air fry for 6 minutes. Flip the chicken pieces, spray some more oil and air fry for 6 minutes more. 8. Serve hot.
