A spicy and flavourful accompaniment adds that 'wow factor' to every meal. Try this fiery and garlicky chutney with red chillies and loads of garlic to turn your meals exciting. RED CHILLI GARLIC CHUTNEY Ingredients 10-12 dried red chillies 8-10 garlic cloves Oil for applying 2 tsps lemon juice Salt to taste ½ tsp cumin seeds Method 1. Apply some oil on your fingers and deseed the dried red chillies. Transfer the chillies in a large bowl, add sufficient water and soak for 2-3 hours. 2. Drain the soaked chillies and add into a mixer jar. Add garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt, cumin seeds and ½ cup water and blend to a fine paste. 3. Transfer into a bowl and use as required.
