Steamed to perfection and love in every bite, Chicken momos is definately the ultimate comfort food. So what are you waiting for? Savor this rainy season with a plate full of momos. Monsoon and momos, a match made in heaven! #momos #chickenmomos #momosandrain #comfortfood #monsooncravings CHICKEN MOMOS Ingredients 300 grams chicken mince Ready-made Momo dough as required 1 small onion, finely chopped Black pepper powder to taste Salt to taste 2 tbsps chopped spring onion greens 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp oil Schezwan sauce to serve Mayonnaise to serve Method 1. Combine together chicken mince, onion,black pepper powder, salt, spring onion greens, ginger, butter, and oil in a bowl. 2. Divide the dough into small portions and shape each portion into a ball. 3. Dust the worktop with some flour and place the dough ball on it and roll it into a small disc. 4. Stuff the disc with a portion with the chicken mixture and shape it into a Momo. 5. Heat sufficient water in a steamer. 6. Arrange the momos on the steamer basket. Cover and steam for 8-10 minutes. 7. Serve hot with schezwan sauce and mayonnaise.
