Hot Chocolate | घर पर बनाएं हॉट चॉकलेट | Monsoon ka Mazza | Episode 50 | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

It's time to indulge in some dreamy hot chocolate just as it begins to shower! Simply whisk up some cocoa and begin the indulgence. HOT CHOCOLATE Ingredients ¾ cup cocoa powder ¾ cup chopped dark chocolate Chocolate chips for garnish 4 cups milk ¾ cup fresh cream 1 star anise 1 inch cinnamon stick 6 tbsps castor sugar A pinch of salt 12 marshmallows Chocolate wafer stick for garnish Method 1. Heat milk, fresh cream and whisk well. Add star anise, cinnamon stick and mix. Bring it to a boil. 2. Discard the star anise and cinnamon stick and reduce the heat. 3. Add cocoa powder and whisk till smooth and well combined. Add castor sugar and mix well. Cook till the sugar dissolves. Take the pan off the heat. 4. Add dark chocolate in the pan, salt and whisk till the chocolate melts. 5. Froth the mixture using a hand blender. 6. Torch 3 marshmallows on direct flame. Set aside. 7. To serve, transfer a portion of the prepared hot chocolate into a serving cup. Top up with the prepared marshmallows and garnish with chocolate chips and chocolate wafer stick. 8. Serve hot.
