One can never get enough of chaat, so here's Sprout Sev Puri for your Monsoon ka Mazza! Crispy papdis topped with sprouts and a lot of chatpate ingredients is a must try recipe! SPROUTS SEV PURI Ingredients 32 crisp papadis Sev for sprinkling 2 medium sweet potatoes, boiled and peeled 1 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste 1 tsp chaat masala 2 small onions, chopped 3 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnish ½ cup mix sprouts, boiled Green chutney for drizzling Date and tamarind chutney for drizzling Red chilli-garlic chutney for drizzling 8 tbsps chopped raw mango 1 medium tomato, chopped 4 tbsps grated beetroot Masala chana dal for garnish Salted peanuts for garnish Method 1. Mash the sweet potato in a bowl. Add red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, 2 tbsps chopped onion, chopped coriander and mix sprouts. Mix till well combined. 2. For one portion, place 8 papadis on a plate, top each with a portion of the prepared potato mixture. 3. Drizzle green chutney, date and tamarind chutney, red chilli-garlic chutney, a portion of chopped onion, 2 tbsps raw mango, a portion of the chopped tomatoes and 1 tbsp grated beetroot. 4. Garnish with masala chana dal, sev, salted peanuts and chopped coriander. Serve immediately.
