PEACH BERRY COOLER – Serves 4 Ingredients 4 fresh peaches 32-40 fresh blueberries, halved Crushed ice as required 16 measures Sugar Free Green 40-60 fresh mint leaves Juice of 4 lemons Drinking soda as required Peach-blueberry- mint stick for garnish Method 1. Stone and chop peaches. 2. Add crushed ice to serving glasses. Add Sugar Free Green, chopped peaches, mint leaves, blueberries and lemon juice. 3. Add drinking soda and mix well. 4. Garnish with peach-blueberry – mint sticks and serve chilled.
