Green Chilli chicken is an absolutely easy to make flavourful and spicy chicken curry which inpresses everyone with its refreshing green colour. GREEN CHILLI CHICKEN Ingredients 150 grams light green chillies, stemmed 750 grams chicken, cut into 2 inch pieces on the bone 1 medium onion, roughly chopped 6-8 garlic cloves 1 inch ginger, roughly chopped 3 green chillies 1 cup fresh coriander leaves Salt to taste 2 tbsps oil 1 tsp cumin seeds ½ tsp turmeric powder Method 1. Put the onion in a grinder jar, add garlic, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves and grind to a fine paste. 2. Take chicken in a large bowl, add salt, and the ground paste and mix well. 3. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them change colour. Add light green chillies and sauté for 1-2 minutes. 4. Add the chicken and turmeric powder and sauté on high heat for 3-4 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes while sautéing in between. 5. Switch the heat off, transfer in a serving bowl, serve hot.
