A refreshing, good looking, flavourful and simple salad made with Watermelon & Papaya is a must have. Enjoy with your friends and family. WATERMELON PAPAYA SALAD Ingredients 1 medium watermelon 1 cup papaya scoops ½ peeled raw mango 1 green chilli 15-20 fresh mint leaves + for garnishing 1 lemon Salt to taste 2 tsps lemon juice Method 1. Scoop out small balls from the watermelon using a Parisienne scoop. Remove all seeds and put them into a bowl. Add papaya scoops. 2. Cut raw mango into thin strips. 3. Finely chop together green chilli and mint leaves and add to the same bowl. Grate the rind of a lemon and add. Add raw mango strips reserving some for garnishing. Add salt and lemon juice and mix well. 4. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with reserved mango strips and mint leaves and serve chilled.
