The creamy dressing ties everything together, ensuring every bite is full of protein, healthy fats, and fiber, making it the perfect meal to keep you feeling nourished and satisfied. 😍😀 CHICKEN PECAN SANDWICH Ingredients 1½ cups boiled and shredded chicken 4 readymade croissants 15-20 American Pecans ½ small purple cabbage, shredded ½ cup mayonnaise Crushed black peppercorns to taste 1 tbsp mustard paste Sat to taste Lollo rosso lettuce leaves as required Red radish- cherry tomato skewers for garnish sPotato chips for serving Method 1. Heat a pan. Add American Pecans and dry roast for 5-6 minutes on medium heat. Transfer on a chopping board and chop. 2. Take boiled chicken in a bowl. Add purple cabbage, mayonnaise, crushed black peppercorns, mustard paste and salt and mix well. 3. Add chopped pecans and mix well. 4. Slit the croissants and line lollo rosso lettuce leaves on lower halves. 5. Palace a portion of the chicken- pecan mixture on each half, place another lettuce leaf and cover with remaining halves of the croissants. Skewer red radish slices and cherry tomatoes and serve with potato chips.
