Whether you're serving them as a quick snack, an appetizer for a gathering, or a fun treat for your next party, these golden delights are sure to steal the spotlight. 😍😇 PANEER FINGERS Ingredients 200 grams Milky Mist Fresh Paneer, cut into fingers Salt to taste ½ tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp dried mango powder\ 2 tbsps gram flour 2 tbsps cornflour ¼ tsp carom seeds (ajwain) Oil for deep frying Chaat masala to sprinkle Chopped fresh coriander for garnish Tomato ketchup for serving Method 1. Take Milky Mist Fresh Paneer in a bowl. Add salt, half the red chilli powder, half the dried mango powder and mix well. 2. Take gram flour and cornflour in a bowl. Add salt, remaining red chilli powder, remaining dried mango powder, carom seeds, ½ cup water and mix well. 3. Take breadcrumbs in a plate. Dip in prepared batter and roll in breadcrumbs. 4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep fry the fingers till golden brown and crisp. 5. Drain on absorbent paper,sprinkle chaat masala, coriander and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
