Kargil Vijay Diwas is a day that always brings back a deep sense of pride and gratitude. I still remember the overwhelming feeling of standing on that soil, the very ground where our brave soldiers fought with unshakable courage. 🙏 It was an absolute honour to cook for over 400 soldiers and veer naris that day. I served a simple yet special Tiranga Kheer, made with love, as a way of saying thank you in the best way I know, which is through food.
