PINEAPPLE CHILLI SAUCE Ingredients ½ medium pineapple, peeled and roughly chopped 2-3 fresh red chillies, chopped ½ cup sugar ½ cup reserved pineapple juice from the can 1 tsp chopped garlic ½ cup canned pineapple juice ½ tsp smoked paprika powder Method 1. Transfer the pineapple in a blender jar and grind to fine paste 2. Heat a pan. Add the reserved water from pineapple can, red chillies, garlic, pineapple juice and mix well. 3. Add ground pineapple, paprika powder and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes or till the mixture thickens. 4. Allow to cool and serve.
